What you'll do

• Own daily operations — open, close, and lead every shift
• Build staff schedules and keep the floor covered
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash, and daily sales reports
• Hire, train, and coach the team
• Uphold quality, cleanliness, and service standards
• Meet sales and cost targets; report to ownership

What we're looking for

• 2+ years managing a café, restaurant, or retail store
• Proven team leadership (5+ staff)
• Confident with numbers — stock, cash, and simple reports
• Calm, organized, and dependable under pressure
• Lao fluent; basic English (Thai a plus)
• Go+Mart role: retail / convenience-store experience preferred
• Available full-time, 6 days/week incl. weekends

What you'll do

• Prepare espresso and the full coffee menu to standard
• Dial in the grind, calibrate, and maintain the machine
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
• Help train co-baristas

What we're looking for

• 1+ year barista experience (specialty coffee a plus) — or strong passion and a fast learner
• Consistent hands and real attention to detail
• Knows espresso basics — extraction and milk texturing
• Genuine love for coffee
• Available day shifts (morning–afternoon), 6 days/week

What you'll do

• Greet and serve guests warmly
• Take orders and handle payments accurately
• Make simple drinks and support the bar
• Keep the floor clean and stocked
• Run drinks service and close the store in the evening — there's no barista on the evening shift, so you cover it with the kitchen

What we're looking for

• Warm, service-minded, and quick to learn
• Basic cash-handling; honest and reliable
• Available for evening / closing shifts and weekends
• No experience needed — we'll train you
• Full-time or part-time, both welcome

• Manage food stock and reduce waste
• Close the kitchen on the evening shift
